Can’t believe this pancake is actually good for you! Dairy-free, sugar-free and grain-free, this is the perfect recipe for anyone who wants to ensure they are getting a good combination of fats, fruit and protein into their diet.
- 1 organic banana (carb)
- 2 organic free range eggs (protein)
- butter or oil for frying (fat)
- pinch of sea salt
Blend together. Heat a little oil in a pan, we like coconut butter. Pour mixture into the pan once hot and cook both sides. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
