Ingredients

  • 200gm chicken or turkey breast
  • 2 teaspoons olive
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic – finely chopped
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 small red chilli – sliced into rounds (seeds removed)
  • 4 spring onions – chopped
  • 700ml chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons tamari (wheat free soya sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 150gm soba (buckwheat) noodles
  • 3 pieces Pak Choi
  • 2 small handfuls bean sprouts
