“Learning Kundalini for nearly a year I can honestly say I love it. It is such a different format to all the other types of yoga. Amazing – give it a try!”

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic and unique style of yoga. Its the oldest form of yoga and is known to be a science and technology in its own right.
In the 1960′s Yogi Bhajan took Kundalini yoga to the USA and since then its popularity has gathered momentum. Kundalini literally means ‘coil’. There is a vast store of ‘vital energy’ that is coiled like a sleeping snake at the base of the human spine. In order to awaken the Kundalini, this practise offers a series of physical and mental exercises in which you learn to control your inner energy, breathing and senses. Kundalini not only is wonderful cleansing and healing for the body it can also brings about a deep awareness of bodily energies and a heightened state of bliss.
